California
CTAP2 is an on-line, self-assessment survey that allows educators
to determine their level of technology proficiency. The self-assessment
is based upon rubrics that are aligned with the California Commission
on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) "Factors to Consider," which
is the Technology Standard for a California K-12 Preliminary Teaching
Credential. Based on the results of the assessment, educators can
select the most appropriate training opportunities to advance their
proficiency level.
