TASK 1: KEEP A JOURNAL OF WHAT YOU EAT

Step 1: Print the journal page below. You will need one page for each day. On them you will keep track of everything you eat. Before you begin filling them out you will need to understand what one serving of food is. In small groups, visit the Serving Size site to become familiar with the serving sizes of food. Discuss what you are learning with your group members. Once everyone in your group understands the information that was read you may each begin filling out your own health journal.
